At Collectionstock, we want you to be fully satisfied with your workshop experience. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of our digital art workshops and related services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Workshop Cancellation by the Participant
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your workshop registration, the following terms apply:
Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before the Workshop
If you cancel your registration more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop date, you are eligible for a full refund of the workshop fee. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after your cancellation request is confirmed.
Cancellation Between 7 and 14 Days Before the Workshop
If you cancel your registration between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled workshop date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the workshop fee. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to a future workshop session at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Workshop
If you cancel your registration less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the workshop starts. You may also request a credit toward a future workshop, valid for 6 months from the original workshop date.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible if you know you will be unable to attend, so we can explore alternative options for you.
Workshop Cancellation by Collectionstock
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, facility issues, or insufficient enrollment, you will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you will have the following options:
- Receive a full refund of the workshop fee to your original payment method
- Transfer your registration to the next available session at no additional cost
- Receive a credit for the full amount toward any future workshop of your choice
We will make every effort to provide at least 48 hours notice if we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop. We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled workshop.
Rescheduling
If you would like to reschedule your workshop to a different date, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be accommodated at no extra charge for the first request. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.
Rescheduled workshops must be attended within 6 months of the original booking date. After this period, the booking will be considered forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Digital Resources and Downloadable Content
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources such as brush packs, templates, and reference materials that are included with your workshop package are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you have not accessed or downloaded the digital resources, they may be included in your refund as part of the workshop cancellation.
If you experience technical issues with any digital resources, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide an alternative format.

When submitting a refund request, please include your full name, the workshop you registered for, the date of registration, and your preferred resolution (refund, credit, or transfer). We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it.
If you paid via a third-party payment service, the refund timeline may vary based on their processing procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Partial Attendance
If you attend part of a multi-session workshop but are unable to complete the remaining sessions, we offer the following options depending on the circumstances:
- Credit toward a future workshop for the remaining unused sessions, proportional to the total workshop duration
- Access to recorded materials or supplementary resources for missed sessions, where available
Partial attendance refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific situation, and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly for extraordinary circumstances such as personal emergencies or significant unforeseen events. Any exceptions are made at our sole discretion and do not create a precedent for future requests.
Changes to This Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund and cancellation terms. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
